Where Eazistamp is the better fit
- You want to start free. Eazistamp has a permanent free plan to try with a few regulars, and paid plans start lower.
- You have up to ten locations. Pro covers ten branches for €45.99 a month, where Loopy needs its Ultimate plan for ten.
- You want your whole team stamping. Eazistamp doesn't cap staff users per plan.
- You're in Europe. Prices are in euros and a GDPR Data Processing Agreement is included.
- You want customers on a card that's all your brand, with a custom stamp icon, corner style and reward wording.
Where Loopy Loyalty may suit you better
- You want several different card designs running at once, for example a coffee card and a separate lunch card.
- You need a developer API to connect loyalty to your own systems.
- You prefer an established platform with a longer track record.
How they work day to day
The day-to-day flow is similar. Customers scan a QR code to join, save the card to their phone wallet, and staff stamp by scanning the customer's code with an app. With Eazistamp, the code on the customer's card rotates and you can set a daily stamp limit, and every stamp is tied to the staff member who issued it.
Both let you message customers through their wallet pass. Eazistamp can target a promotion by how many stamps a customer has or how long it's been since their last visit, and sends every new customer a welcome message automatically.
Switching from Loopy Loyalty
Set up your Eazistamp card, put the new QR code on your counter, and invite customers to join the next time they visit. If you want to honour stamps from an old card, staff can add them when a customer first scans in.
