Salon clients notice details. A flimsy paper card with a rubber stamp doesn't match a carefully designed space, and a generic loyalty app with someone else's logo doesn't either. Your loyalty card is part of the client experience, so it should look like it came from you.

With Eazistamp, the card carries your salon name, tagline, logo and exact brand colours. Choose from stamp icons like a heart, diamond or star, or upload your own, and pick sharp, rounded or pill corners. Eazistamp only appears as a small “powered by” mark.

How clients join and collect stamps

Display one QR code at reception or on your mirror stations. A client scans it, types their name, and their card opens straight away. No app download, no password. They can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap and find it there next time.

At checkout, they show the QR on their card and your stylist or receptionist scans it with the Eazistamp staff app on a phone or tablet. The stamp appears on their card and wallet pass immediately, and the reward unlocks automatically at your goal.

Salon visits are weeks apart, and that gap is where clients drift to whoever has a free slot. From the staff app you can message clients who haven't visited in a chosen number of days, or those close to their reward, with a push notification and an update on their wallet pass.

Built so stamps stay honest

Only signed-in staff can add stamps, by scanning the rotating QR code on the client's own card, so screenshots don't work. A daily limit caps stamps per client per day, and every stamp and redemption is logged against the staff member and location.

Free and Starter cover one location. Pro runs up to ten salons under one account, with staff assigned to each and per-location stats, and a client's card works at every one of them.

Privacy your clients can trust

Clients can join with just their name, and only add an email if they want their card saved to an account. Eazistamp includes a GDPR Data Processing Agreement for your business. Clients who share their birthday and opt in to marketing when they join get an automatic birthday message from your salon.
