These terms govern the relationship between Eazistamp and loyalty card holders. For business owner terms, see Terms for Businesses.
1. What Eazistamp Is
Eazistamp provides the technology platform for digital loyalty stamp cards. The loyalty program itself — rewards, stamp rules, what you earn — is operated by the individual business whose loyalty card you hold. Eazistamp is not responsible for the rewards offered or any changes a business makes to their program.
2. Your Account
You need a phone number or email address to use Eazistamp. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact the business directly or email us at eazistamp@gmail.com.
3. Stamp Cards and Rewards
- Stamps are awarded by staff scanning your QR code
- Rewards are set and fulfilled by the business, not by Eazistamp
- Eazistamp does not guarantee that any particular reward will remain available
- If a business closes or cancels their Eazistamp subscription, their loyalty program ends and any unused stamps are forfeited
4. Wallet Passes
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are provided for convenience. Pass availability depends on your device and operating system. Eazistamp does not guarantee pass delivery on all devices.
5. Your Data
See our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle your data. The business whose loyalty card you hold is the data controller for your stamp history. You can request deletion of your data by emailing eazistamp@gmail.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt to manipulate stamps — for example by forging QR codes, sharing your QR with others to earn stamps fraudulently, or exploiting software bugs. Accounts found abusing the system may be suspended.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY], Spain.
