Apple Wallet
Your loyalty card, in Apple Wallet, next to their bank card.
Eazistamp turns your stamp card into a real Apple Wallet pass with your logo and colours. It updates on its own after every stamp, can show your messages on the lock screen, and never needs an app download.
Why Apple Wallet beats a loyalty app
Asking customers to download your app at the counter rarely works. It takes too long, they don't want another app, and most delete it anyway. Apple Wallet is already on every iPhone. Adding a pass takes one tap, and from then on your card sits next to their payment cards, the place they look every time they pay.
An Apple Wallet pass also doesn't get lost the way a paper card does, and it works without signal once it's saved, which helps in basement cafés and busy high streets.
How customers add your card to Apple Wallet
- They scan the QR code at your counter with the iPhone camera.
- They enter their name, and their stamp card opens in Safari straight away.
- They tap “Add to Apple Wallet” and the pass is saved.
- Next visit, they double-click the side button or open Wallet, and staff scan the barcode on the pass.
A pass that updates itself
When staff add a stamp, Eazistamp pushes an update to the pass through Apple's push service, so the stamp count and the stamp artwork on the pass change within moments. The customer never needs to re-download it. When they reach the goal, the pass shows the reward is ready.
The pass strip shows their stamps as your chosen icon, so a coffee shop pass fills up with coffee cups and a barbershop pass with scissors. Change your branding later and passes pick up the new look.
Messages on the lock screen
Apple Wallet passes can show a notification when they change. Eazistamp uses this for your welcome message ten minutes after a customer joins, and for promotions you send from the staff app, like “Double stamps this Friday” or “We miss you”, which appear on the customer's lock screen and on the pass.
If you add an address for your location, the pass can also surface on the lock screen when the customer is nearby, so it's right there as they walk in.
Branded as your business
The pass uses your business name, logo and colours, with the reward wording you choose. Customers see your brand in Wallet, not Eazistamp's.
Android customers too
Not everyone has an iPhone. The same card can be saved to Google Wallet on Android, with the same branding and the same live updates, and anyone can simply keep the card open in their browser. You run one loyalty program and customers use whichever wallet they have.
Cost
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are included on every plan, including Free. Starter is €18.99 a month for unlimited customers at one location, and Pro is €45.99 for up to ten locations. There's no per-pass fee and no Apple developer account to set up yourself.
