Attendance is the habit worth rewarding

Most people who stop coming to a studio don't decide to quit. They miss a week, then two, and the habit fades. What keeps them coming is momentum they can see. A stamp card makes that visible: seven classes done, three to go until the free session.

Paper punch cards do this badly in a gym. They get damp in a kit bag, left in a locker, or forgotten at home. A digital card lives in the member's phone wallet, so it's at every class without anyone having to remember it.

How members check in

Put one QR code at reception or by the studio door. A new member scans it, enters their name and gets their card in the browser, with no app and no login. One tap adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

At check-in, the member shows the QR on their card and your front-desk staff or instructor scans it with the Eazistamp staff app. The stamp appears right away, and when they reach the goal the reward unlocks automatically.

Rewards that suit a studio

You choose the stamp goal and the reward: a free class after ten, a free guest pass, a smoothie from the bar, a branded water bottle. The reward label and text are yours, so the card says exactly what the member is working towards.

A daily stamp limit means one stamp per visit, even at a busy check-in desk, and stamps can only be issued by signed-in staff scanning the member's rotating QR code.

Nudge members before they drift

From the staff app you can send a promotion only to members who haven't checked in for a set number of days, or to those close to a reward. It shows up as a push notification and on their wallet pass, so it's a gentle “we miss you” at the right moment rather than a mass email.

New members automatically get a welcome message from your studio shortly after joining.

Your brand, top to bottom

The card uses your studio name, logo and colours, from one of nine ready-made themes or your exact brand colours. Members see your brand, and Eazistamp only appears as a small “powered by” mark.

Multiple studios

Pro supports up to ten locations under one account. Each has its own staff and stats, and a member's card works at every location, which suits studios with a second site or a pop-up space.

You can start free at one location with a few members. Starter is €18.99 a month for one studio with unlimited members, and Pro is €45.99 a month for up to ten. Every new account starts with a 14-day Starter trial, with no card needed to sign up.
