Café loyalty program

The coffee stamp card, rebuilt for the phone in their pocket.

Eazistamp turns your paper “buy 9, get the 10th free” card into a digital stamp card that carries your café's name, colours and logo. Customers join in seconds from a QR code on the counter, and the card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so it's never left at home.

Why paper coffee cards stop working

Paper stamp cards are cheap, but they fail you quietly. They get lost in coat pockets, go through the wash, or sit in a drawer at home while your regular buys their flat white somewhere else. A half-full card someone forgot is a lost visit, not a saving.

They're also easy to game. A rubber stamp can be copied, and when the counter is busy a stamp or two gets added without anyone checking. You can't tell who your regulars are or how often they come in, and you can't reach them when you have something new on the menu.

How a digital coffee card works at your counter

You print one QR code and put it by the till. A customer scans it with their phone camera, types their name (or an email if they want the card saved to an account), and their card opens straight away in the browser. There's no app to download. From there they can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with one tap.

When they order, they show the QR code on their card. Your barista scans it with the Eazistamp staff app on any iPhone, Android phone or tablet, and the stamp lands on the card straight away, in the browser and in the wallet pass. When they reach your goal, the reward unlocks on its own and staff redeem it from the same screen.

  • Customers join from a counter QR code or a link. No app store, no password.
  • Staff stamp from a phone or tablet they already own. No card readers, NFC pads or POS integration.
  • The wallet pass updates itself after every stamp, so the count on the lock screen is always right.

It looks like your café, not like us

Every screen your customer sees carries your branding: your café name and tagline, your logo, your colours, and a stamp icon that fits. Pick a coffee cup, a coffee bean or a tea cup, or upload your own mark. Start from one of nine ready-made colour themes or set your exact brand colours, and choose sharp, rounded or pill-shaped corners to match your signage.

The reward wording is yours too. “Free coffee”, “Any drink on us” or “Free pastry”: you set the label and the reward text that appear on the card and the wallet pass. Eazistamp only shows up as a small “powered by” mark.

Set the stamp goal that fits your margins

Most cafés use 8 or 10 stamps for a free drink, but it's your call. You can set any stamp goal and the card lays itself out to match. If a drink costs you around a fifth of its price to make, a 10-stamp card gives away well under 5% of revenue from the customers who complete it, and those are the customers who come back most.

Not sure where to start? Our guide on how many stamps a loyalty card should have walks through the maths and the psychology behind short and long cards.

Stamps that can't be faked

Every stamp is issued by a signed-in member of your staff, never by the customer. The QR code on the customer's card rotates, so a screenshot shared around doesn't work, and you can set a daily stamp limit per customer so nobody collects a week of stamps in one visit. Every stamp and redemption is logged with who issued it and where.

Bring regulars back, not just reward them

A stamp card only works if people remember it. With Eazistamp, new customers get a welcome message from your café ten minutes after they join, as a push notification and on their wallet pass. When you launch a seasonal drink or have a quiet Tuesday to fill, you can send a promotion that reaches customers on their phone and on the card in their wallet.

On Starter and above you can see stamps and rewards over time, so you know whether the card is actually bringing people back. On Pro, each branch gets its own breakdown.

One café or several

Free and Starter cover a single location. Pro supports up to ten locations under one account, each with its own staff, stamps and stats, while a customer's card works at every branch. Multi-site groups with more than ten shops can talk to us about Enterprise.

What it costs

You can start free with one location to try it with a few regulars. Starter is €18.99 a month for a single café with unlimited customers, and Pro is €45.99 a month for multi-location businesses. Every new account starts with a 14-day Starter trial, and no card is required to sign up. Compare that with reprinting paper cards and a stamp that anyone can copy.

Common questions

No. They scan the QR code at your counter and the card opens in their phone's browser. They can then add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone.
